The winery's flagship wine is Pensamentu, a Cannonau di Sardegna DOC that embodies the strength and elegance of Romangia.
An intense, full-bodied red, it is produced using traditional vinification methods with maceration on the skins and ageing in steel and bottle. On tasting, it offers balsamic, spicy and persistent notes, with a freshness that balances the alcohol content. It is the ideal companion for meat dishes, mature cheeses or a moment of meditation.

 Su Biccu – the freshness of Vermentino.
